SFBC, BSO and Nova Southeastern University have partnered to provide students the opportunity to apply criminal justice theory to real-life circumstances. The Executive Leadership Certificate Program (ELP) is a 16 week leadership development program that focuses on the development of key leadership competencies to help students grow with their agencies. The ELP provides senior and supervisory public safety officers with instruction and facilitation in the areas of leadership; organizational change; behavior and learning; decision making; ethics and accountability; managing human resources; budget and finance; and stress, crisis and emergency management.
