SFBC funds this program to allow criminal investigators to use modern forensic methods to identify victims of crimes and solve cold cases. This funding will also assist in finding suspects and give answers to the families of the victims. Funds will be used to exhume unidentified bodies in order to perform modern forensic techniques including 3-D imaging, DNA sampling amplifying and profiling, forensic anthropology and other laboratory expenses.
