BSO cadets give students a glimpse at firefighter training

Sheriff’s Foundation Academy Event: Tour of the BSO Crime Scene Investigations Unit

On February 19, 2016, Students, Foundation Annual Members, Sponsors, and Board Members attended a private tour of the BSO Crime Scene Investigations Unit. Participants had the opportunity of performing fingerprint analysis under the supervision of BSO professionals. A big THANK YOU to Sgt. BSO K-9 Unit Training Exercise

On November 11, 2015, Girl Scouts, Foundation Sponsors, Foundation Annual Members and Board Members experienced a training session of the BSO K-9 Training Unit. 92 attendees were divided into 2 sessions to maximize the educational experience.

Class 1 of the Sheriff’s Foundation Academy and Classroom Experience BSO/SWAT Anti-Terrorism Training Exercise

On September 10, 2015, Students, Girl Scouts, Foundation Sponsors, and Board Members attended the first combined educational event of the Sheriff’s Foundation Academy and the Sheriff’s Foundation Classroom – a BSO/SWAT full-scale anti-terrorism training scenario.
